Waco, Texas – May 5, 2008 – Following several months of presenting a nationwide speaking tour, Alt Benefit Consultants president Sharon Alt has returned to her native Texas to lend her knowledge to the Heart of Texas Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. The 2008 HR & Employment Law Conference will address the challenges facing human resource professionals today through a host of speakers representing various industries throughout the course of the event.

Educators, professionals, and industry experts from across the board are slated to speak at this year’s two day event. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit with vendors, network, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends or issues involving HR and employment law. Alt’s presentation, entitled ‘Consumer Driven Health Care—What Does it Really Mean?’ is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. May 13.
