Polaris World. Progress update for Condado de Alhama resort.

PR Log (Press Release) – May 04, 2008 – Construction work on the Polaris World http://www.polarisworld.info resort of Condado de Alhama, set to become the largest residential golf resort in Europe, is progressing at a rapid rate. Progress has been so spectacular that during May 2008, only a year after work began, Jardines de Alhama clients will begin to sign the deeds for their properties. They will be closely followed by clients with properties in Naranjos de Alhama and La Isla del Condado.

The initial project for the shopping areas has been modified to be able to provide the greatest number of services to the residents. Both the Foro and Agora Town Centres have been relocated and joined together on the same plot measuring 12,000 m2 next to the three resorts (Naranjos, Jardines and La Isla). This new Town Centre will keep the name Foro, and work has already begun. The characteristics and facilities available in this Town Centre will be released at a later date.
