Wales Carp Masters 2008
Following the success of last years ground breaking event, we are delighted to announce the launch of the 2008 Wales Carp Masters. The grand final is again being staged at the superb Celtic Lakes Resort and takes place between 29th – 31st August.
There are 15 places available at each of 6 qualifying heats, all being staged at Celtic Lakes where last years qualifying produced some incredible winning weights, with the 40 hour Welsh carp match record broken twice, the second time with a hugely impressive 609lb. Expect more of the same in 2008!
Qualifying begins in May with the winning pair and the runners up in each heat winning through to the final.
The prize fund for the 2008 Wales Carp Masters has just been announced:
• First Prize: £10,000 worth of tackle vouchers
• Second Prize: £5,000 worth of tackle vouchers
• Third Prize: £3,000 worth of tackle vouchers
Many other prizes will also be on offer and will be announced shortly.
