Rapper Substantial has begun a national tour with the CunnyLinguists.
After stops in LA, Las Vegas, Oregon and Maryland, Substantial will be a headlining act in the Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest.
The Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2008 and will feature over a dozen hip-hop and soul national and local acts. The event will take place in the Marvin Gaye Park located in Washington DC. It will occur from 11am-8pm. The Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest is free to the public.
Substantial has been featured in various publications, including The Source Magazine, Black Beat and East of the River. He was recently featured as one of URB magazine's Next 1000. He released his CD "Sacrafice" earlier this year.
