3 Lucky Brides-to-be can win a Dream Wedding Makeup & Beauty Makeover from NOMA Beauty Magazine

April 30, 2008 - PRLog -- A bride wants to look their best on their special day and National Online Makeup Artists and NOMA Beauty Magazine wants to help 3 lucky women do just that.  Between May 1st and June 15th 2008 brides-to-be must submit a picture as well as write a short essay explaining why they think they should win a "Dream wedding Makeup and Beauty Makeover"
