TinyOne 868 MHz USB Dongle modems for mobile monitoring of low-power wireless sensor networks

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 29, 2008 – Based on the company’s TinyOne Lite or Plus radio solutions, the 868 MHz USB Dongle modems offer the customers simple plug&play connectivity to a notebook or a handheld device, thereby allowing the customers to develop mobile solutions to monitor and control wireless Mesh networks.

The small-sized TinyOne USB modems measure only 78 x 30 x 7,5 mm including an embedded antenna. With drivers for Windows, MAC and Linux, the USB Dongle modem can be easily integrated to any monitoring device.

In addition to monitoring wireless sensor networks, the 868 MHz USB Dongle is available with the company’s standard firmware, S-One Stack, for simple cable replacement.
