The Canadian government spends millions of Dollars each year on education and social services, aiming to create a society that is provided for. These statistics may initially seem insignificant, however it takes many years for a foreigner to adapt to a new lifestyle, learn languages and get a job according to qualifications even though highly skilled foreigners from places like India and China are highly sought after by Canadian immigration officials.
Canada is rated highly as one of the best places to live due to the low crime rate, excellent health care and one the best education systems in the world. However there is a constant concern in Canadian circles about the “brain drain” as Canadians leave home at a steady rate.
