Haute Décor was pleased to participate in the eighth annual les Arts de la Table Fund Raiser.

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 28, 2008 – The eighth annual les Arts de la Table, a benefit for the Carriage House, was hosted by the Fort Wayne Country Club. The event provided attendees the opportunity to vote on over twenty-five tabletop creations created by area designers. Haute Décor presented a table with a Happy Birthday theme displaying a collection of pottery made by Vietri and colorful happy birthday aprons displayed on dress forms.  It was designed by the staff at Haute Décor.   The event is sponsored by the Pi chapter of Psi Iota Xi.

The Carriage House is a place where people challenged by mental illness develop confidence and take ownership of their lives and future.  Its unique blend of members and staff comprise Indiana’s only certified Clubhouse.  The Clubhouse network, born in New York City in 1947, is an international movement to provide hope, respect, dignity and work to its members.

The Vietri collection style of Sorrento was used which has a swirling pattern augmenting the lush colors of the Amalfi Coast. The glassware and the flatware were also from the Vietri collection. Your imagination was left to roam with the fanciful aprons that were displayed on the dress forms. The addition of fresh flowers made a wonderful display that was enjoyed by all. Left behind for the lunch patrons that were seated at the table was collection of Giana Rose soaps placed in a ceramic birds nest.
