PRLog (Press Release) –
Apr 28, 2008 – HELSINKI, Finland – Sevana Oy today announces that it's looking for partners to expand and further develop its Recycling Materials Management System, a fully customized, low cost and completely integrated business automation solution for waste management and recycling companies. All interested companies are invited to contact Sevana's managers through the website: www.sevana.fi or by calling +358 9 23164165.
Initially Recycling Materials Management System was developed as a custom solution for an EU-based company working in the field of recycling and waste management. Due to new regulations for Green Dot companies in reporting to the authorities and bookkeeping, the company faced challenges continuing working within the same (mostly manual) approach to support its business processes. The ever growing backlog produced a vital necessity to build a solution that would automate work with reports delivered to the supervising organizations, and reports provided by the customers. The whole system also had to be integrated with Hansa SBE. The implemented solution is able to import customer reporting into database system, customers have an opportunity to submit recycling reports through a browser interface. All actions are tracked in the database, issuing invoices is automated and done via e-mail. Reporting is flexible and can be done on a customer basis, according to materials with pre-selected and variable reporting periods. Invoice and report management is integrated with Hansa SBE, a bookkeeping system. Customers list can be imported from Hansa SBE, as well as invoice data can be exported to Hansa. Other key features include multilevel customers' data processing and multilanguage interface. Please, explore www.sevana.fi for more information on the product. To get in touch with the authors, please, use the contact information on the website, or call +358 9 23164165. # # # The company was founded in 2003 and specializes in the production of affordable software with competitive features, as well as providing outsourcing services.
