Andaman Cove Elysian Condo: A 92 inch home cinema system has been installed in the Elysian Condo. It has all the ‘toys’ the Penthouse system has but this one also has a 250Gb Sony hard drive recorder so you can set it to record the all important football in the middle of the night or even pause live TV whilst you have a cup of tea and then watch it later! Andaman Cove Penthouse Condo: A new 2nd roof terrace [above] has been installed on the Penthouse. The total area of the 2nd terrace is over 100sqm or 1076 sq ft. Together with the lower terrace – 50sqm or 538 sq ft this gives a total external area of 150sqm or 1614sqft augmenting the internal area of 240sqm or 2582sqft rather nicely. Total area of the Andaman Cove Penthouse is now 390sqm or 4196 sq ft. Plus the views aren’t bad either!

Oversized goose feather pillows have now been installed in all beds in both Condos as well as sausage pillows in the master bedrooms.
Double sized baby cots have now been permanently installed in the master bedrooms of both Condos
