The focus of TakeitNow.com will stay unchanged on service, good advice and attractive pricing. Takeitnow will keep its independence as a separate division within ACES Direct. Synergies will be realized in backoffice and consolidation level: financial management, logistics and warehousing, and web development.
The divestment of TakeitNow.com fits in the strategy of iMerge to focus completely on the global roll-out of its core-businesses:
