FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) –
Apr 25, 2008 – Virtual network operator TFM Networks has signed a partnership agreement with Swyx to resell its range of market-leading advanced software-based unified communications (UC) solutions.
With TFM Networks’ expertise and links in retail and hospitality the partnership will initially target these key business sectors, enabling customers to benefit from more cost effective and flexible IP telephony solutions. The SwyxWare range of UC products support flexible, remote working, enabling staff to make and receive business communications through a choice of mediums including deskphone, softphone, mobile or even retrieve voice messages via their email inbox. Its hosted IP systems also remove the need to purchase a new IP PBX system - companies only need to invest in software licenses and handsets, delivering significant reductions in telecoms costs. Andrew Wlodek, channel account manager at Swyx said: “TFM Networks has impressive credentials in the hotel and retail sectors, coupled crucially with the technical expertise and ability to deliver a complete end-to-end IP network solution and an in-depth knowledge of how to sell our solutions.” Brett Rowe, sales and marketing director at TFM Networks added: “Swyx has a market-leading IP telephony product at a competitive price, and with excellent customer service – all of which adds up to a compelling product offering for our customer base.” By using the company’s existing IP network and Microsoft server, businesses gain the functionality of a traditional telephony system with the additional benefits of integrating voice capabilities with other network applications such as Microsoft Outlook, CRM, booking or Epos systems. Taking advantage of business class VoIP, SwyxWare enables low cost telecommunications across multiple sites. The software can be installed into the existing MPLS platform so no capital outlay is lost, and offers a scalable solution capable of moving and growing with the business, no matter how many people are using the technology, to meet evolving business requirements. # # # About TFM Networks
