A thunderous and roaring introduction began what was to be a magnificent performance by the mystical quartet of Hammer of the Gods Friday night April 18, 2008 at the Capital One Bank Theatre in Westbury, NY.
Following the well-staged dramatic opening of "Carmina Burana", the crowd went wild while the band performed impeccable renditions of Led Zeppelin's most famous and well-loved numbers, including Kashmir, Black Dog, and the rock anthem of our ages, Stairway To Heaven.
A spectacular audio and visual experience electrified the wildly enthusiastic audience, resulting in standing ovations and tumultuous applause when the show finally came to its close over 2 hours later.
Thomas Doscher (Robert Plant), Paul Colchamiro (Jimmy Page), Phil Greco (John Paul Jones) and Jay Kudreyko (John Bonham) have created not only a dazzling rock and roll show but a complete theatrical experience suitable for fans of all ages, filled with all the sights and sounds of an authentic Led Zeppelin show.
Hammer of the Gods will be performing next May 9 at The Paramount Center for the Arts in Peekskill, NY - tickets on sale now at http://tickets.paramountcenter.org/
