Dr. Prema Ganganna has been named an Honored Member in Science by Princeton Premier.

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 24, 2008 – Dr. Prema Ganganna attended the prestigious Howard University from which she earned a Ph.D. in nutrition.  She is currently a professor and director of the dietetics program at the University of the District of Columbia. In this capacity, she is responsible for directing the university’s mentoring programs, a task she is well suited for as she has both extensive training and experience in the field. Dr. Gangannas primary area of proficiency is in clinical nutrition.  She is member of the Washington D.C. Board of Dietetics and the author of a supplemental exchange book published by the American Dietetic and Diabetic Association. She is also the nutrition consultant for the Minority Institutions Grant, funded by NIH for $4.3 million.  In addition to her demanding professional schedule, Dr. Ganganna maintains an active agenda of community service and altruistic undertakings.  She supports many local charities and donates to several benefits for societal issues.  In her spare time, Dr. Ganganna enjoys singing, travel and being with family.

In recognition of her exemplary career with the University of the District of Columbia, Dr. Prema Ganganna is being included in the 2008/2009 Princeton Premier Registry where she will be listed among the most accomplished business leaders and professionals of every industry around the globe.
