Apr 23, 2008 – On Friday, May 2 from 9-11am the Bartlett Park District will be hosting Major League Baseball's Pitch, Hit & Run provides boys and girls, ages 7 to 14. This event provides an opportunity for youth to showcase pitching, hitting and running abilities. Take a shot at hitting the strike zone; swing away from home plate and be judged on distance and accuracy; test your speed at running the bases. Winners can advance through four levels of competition, all the way to the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game. This free event will be held at Apple Orchard Field 1 & 2 in Bartlett, 620 W.
