After two years in the making , final plans for THE MIX - a multi-story retail, restaurant and residential project - are under way in Virginia Highland. The City of Atlanta issued the Land Disturbance Permit for the project on January 30, 2008 and the finished building design is in the final stages.

Landago is currently in talks with several retail tenants interested in bringing their businesses into the Virginia Highland neighborhood. They also plan to release the residential floor plans for purchase on May 2nd. “I am thrilled the floor plans will be released next month. I have several clients anticipating the completion of the building,” said Todd Banister, Realtor with Jenny Pruitt and Associates.
THE MIX is located at 841 North Highland Avenue and will replace the current parking lot. The building will be comprised of approximately 25,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space, 12 residential units and 218 parking spaces located behind the retail building.
