Bogutz & Gordon Attorney Elected to Arthritis Foundation Board

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 23, 2008 – The Arthritis Foundation’s Greater Southwest Chapter, announced today that Brian C. Bjorndahl, attorney for Bogutz & Gordon, P.C., has been elected to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

As a Board member for the Arthritis Foundation’s Greater Southwest Chapter, Bjorndahl will work with the organization to provide public health education, pursue public policy and legislation and conduct evidence-based programs to improve the quality of life for those living with arthritis in the region.

At Bogutz & Gordon, Bjorndahl specializes in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, probate law and elder law. First admitted to practice in 1977, he is a member of the Arizona, New Mexico and Wyoming Bars and frequently speaks on estate planning as well as planning for incapacity to various community groups. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tucson City Employees Supplemental Retirement System.

Bjorndahl earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, N.Y., and his juris doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyo.
