To initiate a search, an authorized user logs in to a simple, secure online system from any computer with Internet access, and enters a full or partial name or Social Security Number. With a few clicks, the user can order an electronic report that contains the search subject’s current and former addresses, aliases, vehicle records, court actions and known relatives and associates. The service references over 30 years of address information, and it lets users quickly and efficiently check against billions of records that represent nearly 98% of the United States’ adult population.
According to Tom Clowdus, SourcingPoint Solutions’ Senior VP of Sales, the new PersonLocate service was introduced in response to growing demand from professionals with needs “outside the scope” of typical background screening applications.
“There was a whole segment of the business community missing out on the benefits of our screening services,” said Clowdus. “While they understood and embraced the need for the employment and tenant screening we offer, many were also looking for a cost-effective way to recoup loss and speed settlement.
