East Hartford, CT - Travel Insured International, the service-focused travel insurance company, is participating as a Trade Show exhibitor in the 2008 IGLTA [International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association]
IGLTA, celebrating its 25th anniversary at the 2008 convention, is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It began in 1983 with 25 founding members and today represents more than 1,000 members comprised of gay, lesbian and community-friendly travel professionals.
Travel Insured is a travel industry member of IGLTA, the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and the local Connecticut Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (CABO). The company will introduce its new line Worldwide Trip Protector insurance plans to attendees at the convention, including plans serving comprehensive, luxury or basic travel protection needs. Each plan offers a menu of available upgrades and options.
The IGLTA trade show is scheduled to take place on Friday afternoon, May 2, at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino and Saturday May 3, at the Las Vegas Pride Festival.
