April 22, 2008 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA – WhyIslam a project of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) will be handing out free Qurans at this weekend’s Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) on April 26 & 27.  The Quran is the holy book of Muslims.  This will be ICNA’s 3rd year of participation through its WhyIslam project, last year handing out over 3,000 free Qurans.

ICNA would like to encourage the Southern California community to know the Muslim community in its true light.  WhyIslam will be there to answer all questions regarding Islam, its teachings and help clear any misconceptions.  WhyIslam will also be handing out free information on Islam. To further explore these options we would like to encourage you to learn more about the WhyIslam project (www.whyislam.org) here in Southern California.
