Unlike its other sales training classes, Dealership University’s Quick Start program is a structured 2-week online class monitored by Dealership University instructors to ensure learners achieve the desired results. During the program, learners must complete the required lesson assignments as well as successfully pass each lesson quiz and the final exam by the designated completion dates to receive their Quick Start Sales Certificate of Achievement. Each lesson takes between 5-15 minutes to complete and consists of Dealership University’s popular Quick Takes™ videos and a Quick Quiz™ to test the learner’s retention of the material. In addition to the online material, learners receive a workbook to follow along with and take notes in and can converse with their Dealership University instructor online or by phone to ask questions or receive additional information about a topic covered in the material.
“We believe well educated sales team members significantly contribute to the success of a dealership,”
