Beverly Hills, California is located approximately 20 minutes outside of downtown Los Angeles, California and best known for its’ high-end retail and dining locations. The mixed-use development will begin construction in early 2009.
The development will offer an upscale retail and work environment catering to the expected lifestyle of Beverly Hills.
The Standard Oil Investment Group’s acquisition was led by Marc Bohbot – Founder and CEO. Financing was provided by the company’s own private equity.
