Apr 21, 2008 – The Laganella Consulting Group LLC and Zenmonics Software Private Limited announced the formation of a strategic partnership to deliver outsourced enterprise-level software development and deployment services for mid-size companies. Enterprise-level applications are used by commercial organizations to run major business functions including high volume transaction , client interfacing, or accounting systems that often require large amounts of customization. This can include programming on technologies such as Java/J2EE, .NET, third-party applications like Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP, or on a company’s own proprietary software.
One of the biggest misconceptions people have about outsourcing is that it automatically means U.S. jobs are lost, but that is not always the case. Zenmonics Software is a company that was established in August 2007 and is headed by Riaz Syed, VP Technology & Architecture. The leadership team of Zenmonics has extensive experience in building a variety of applications in back end system processing and information sharing tools. These include Software Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), data warehousing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and workflow engine programming.
Mr. Syed and Mr. Laganella are former colleagues from Fidelity National Information Services who have both launched their own ventures within the last year. “We had worked together extensively in the past, and given the fact that both our companies have complimentary capabilities, it was a natural fit to combine our core strengths to offer cost-effective application development solutions.” said Mr. Syed.
