KnowledgePoints Inc. (http://www.knowledgepoints.com), a national pre-k through 12th grade education tutoring franchisor, announced today that it has strengthened its management team with the addition of Mr. Keith Ritzmann to the post of Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Ritzmann has held senior financial and business development positions with both public and privately held companies. His most recent corporate position was as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for The Ackerley Group, a major media company headquartered in Seattle, Washington.  In his 23 years with The Ackerley Group he managed accounting, internal and external reporting, as well as finance, including: debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and long range planning. “Mr. Ritzmann brings significant expertise in corporate finance, investor relations, M&A, corporate governance, audit and compliance to the management team at KnowledgePoints. In addition to Mr. Ritzmann’s having a seat on the Board of Directors as chairman of the finance committee, KnowledgePoints will benefit greatly from Mr. Ritzmann’s knowledge and track record in the continued development of outstanding business practices through his professional skills, judgment and integrity,” said John F.
