With an overall score of 94.7 it ranked higher than every other luxury cruise ship in the World, regardless of size, with the exception of the boutique German ship, MS Europa, which received the award in the medium sized category.
Crystal Serenity came out on top due to high scores for food and dining, crew and service, entertainment, facilities and activities, cabins, shore excursions as well as design and layout.
