(USFS), franchisor of the two chains.  The convenient new e-Directories can be downloaded from the Microtel Inns & Suites or Hawthorn Suites web sites to any computer with just a few simple clicks to instantly become part of the user’s personal desktop directory.  Periodic updates are pushed out to ensure that users have the most up-to-date individual hotel and brand information.
