PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 16, 2008 – InkTalent.com is a new website, where screenwriter's can create a profile, and have their scripts, synopses, novels, that they wrote, searched directly by Movie Studios. Screenwriters often wonder how to submit a movie script to a Movie Studio, such as a Universal, MGM, etc.  If you send them directly to a studio, chances are they will get rejected without ever being reviewed.

This is a common practice, since Movie Studios, are fearful of being sued for copyright infringement.  Now with a website like Inktalent.com, a Movie Studio can create a profile, and search with the peace of mind, that this won't happen. Screenwriters have to agree to terms and conditions, that will free the Movie Studios from liability. Furthermore, if you are an indy movie developer, you can post your indy movie, under the screenwriter's section, and have the video of the movie, viewable by the movie studio, in hopes of getting it to the big screen.

Furthermore, Inktalent.com offers the same features to actors. Anyone who has ever dreamed of being on the big screen as an actor, can post their profile on Inktalent.com. This includes pictures, and video. Studios can search by the exact criteria they are looking, for the movie part. If a studio is interested in an actor, they can send the actor a read from a script. The actor can post the read, on their profile, under their video section, and audition for movie roles., directly from their profile.
