Auto Coatings Manufacturer Selects DEACOM Software to Drive Formula-Based Business

April 16, 2008 - PRLog -- WAYNE, PA - Deacom, Inc. announces today that NPA Coatings, Inc., a subsidiary of Nippon Paints of Japan, will implement the DEACOM Integrated Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System to streamline its business processes across two divisions at its Cleveland, OH, headquarters.

A producer of finishes primarily for the automotive industry, NPA Coatings, Inc. selected the DEACOM Software System to replace multiple non-integrated systems that were used to handle its business and lab processes. Formulation, labeling, Quality Control (QC) testing, and regulatory reporting were performed outside of their ERP system. This setup required numerous manual and electronic workarounds.
