Apr 15, 2008 – The Property Manager of Di Vosta Homes "Mr. Daniel Bennett" was arrested on 4-4-2008 for assault and destruction of a resident's property. Mr. Bennett Beat the Only young Black African-Hispanic Resident on Martin Luther King Holiday, when he was out enjoying the African American holiday with his family. The victim was flying an electronic and virtually silent remote control airplane when the attack happened. When divosta homes representative where questions about the situation they took it as amusing and funny that a black resident was victimized and seem to no care. As of today di vosta homes has taken no administrative steps against the abusive property manager Mr. Daniel Bennett as he has promptly returned to work only 1 street away from the victim. Di Vosta home has not made any effort to apologize or any effort to repair the damage inflicted by their employees.
Di Vosta homes has a history of Ignoring their residents rights and this latest assault case drives the point home on how they only care about collecting there association fee’s and making a substantial profit on all the foreclosures and short sales of their struggling residents. And this latest physical attack on a black resident on a black holiday “martin Luther king” shows how low they have come
