Gaithersburg, MD, - NSCA Technology and Tra-Cal Lab today announced the hires of local students from Watkins Mill HS (Montgomery County Public School system). Corporate Vice President Bill Howden described “We are growing and need to attract talented people to fill key roles. For some of our work, such as managing our OnLine store, and performing website development, there is no better talent than a web-savvy high school student.” Howden continued “We had a positive experience of engaging the Technical Career Counselors and Intern Coordinators at the local high schools, and quickly found very capable individuals. A second benefit is the capability this program has for giving back to the community, by allowing the student to apply their skills to a positive business application”
The firm has brought on the first two students, who have been successfully trained and are actively engaged in supporting the business. Both are Seniors at Watkins Mill High School in Gaithersburg. Visit NSCA at http://www.nscainc.com
