PRLog (Press Release) –
Apr 14, 2008 – Gaithersburg, MD, - NSCA Technology and Tra-Cal Lab today announced pricing plans designed to benefit long-term customers. The firm will hold prices constant for a three year period to customers who engage in calibration contracts of the same time length.
Tra-Cal has built a business model on providing comprehensive calibration and equipment maintenance, to full OEM specifications, at a cost point comparable to low-price operations which only perform ‘sample checks’ of customer equipment.
The firm is incorporating the pricing structure and incentive plan to all customer RFP’s beginning February 15th. Commenting on the pricing plans, President Todd Chaikin elaborated “We have a significant percentage of repeat customers, and we want to reward them for their loyalty. This provides a win-win, where the customer has clear cost control, and we enjoy the long-term relationship benefit.”.
Corporate VP Bill Howden added “We are providing a superior quality of service to our customers, at an excellent cost. Those customers who came to us from low-end providers truly see the difference.”
Tra-Cal calibrates most Major OEM test and measurement equipment, from Agilent, Anritsu, Fluke, HP, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, and more. Tra-Cal Lab is NIST Traceable, and ISO-17025 Accredited.
