TXT e solutions announces the acquisition of UK-based company BGM Solutions Ltd.

The acquisition will significantly strengthen and enhance TXT’s EMEA growth and deployment strategy

TXT e-solutions, a global leader in Demand & Supply Chain Management solutions (SCM), announces the acquisition of BGM Solutions Ltd., a leading UK-based provider of SCM solutions, as part of its strategy to further strengthen its EMEA deployment capabilities network.

BGM has been a key partner of TXT since 2004 and has an exceptional knowledge of the TXTPERFORM 2008 Supply Chain Management & Intelligence suite. “The combination of a very close and successful partnership over recent years and the launch of the new TXTPERFORM 2008 suite created a perfect opportunity for TXT and BGM to join forces in a more formal way, to the benefit of our current and future UK and North-European customers” says Marco Guida, General Manager of TXT e-solutions and a member of TXT’s Group Executive Committee.
