Property at Condado de Alhama has been on sale since August 2006. The two and three bedroom apartments in Jardines de Alhama were on sale from 119,800 Euros. The first 1600 apartments are virtually sold out. The apartments will be familiar to UK TV viewers as they feature on the TV commercial for Polaris World shown in the Spring of 2008.
Construction of the resort started early in 2007. Progress has been rapid and this is now the fastest resort to be delivered by Polaris World. http://www.polarisworld.info/
Construction of the Jack Nicklaus Signature course is underway and the first facilities on the resort will be ready this year. Future plans for Condado de Alhama include a large public town centre and a further two Nicklaus "Bear's Best" golf courses.
Jardines de Alhama is just the start of the residential areas on the resort. Naranjos de Alhama is the second phase offering Jardines apartments and front line golf properties close to the club house. Following on from Naranjos is Isla del Condado, an island setting for 400 apartments with lake and golf views. The one bedroom golf suites offer affordable homes from 89,500 Euros and the luxury Cortijos villas of 3,4 and 5 bedrooms range up to 1.6 million Euros. Mirador de Alhama where the popular Jardines (Garden) apartments are again featured offers spectacular views at the end of the resort towards the national parks of Sierra Carascoy and Sierra Espuna.
