Apr 11, 2008 – When I retired in 1997, I was suffering with chronic asthma and addicted to an inhaler for nearly 20 years. I was overweight, had arthritis, vertigo, and a number of other health challenges. Despite repeated doctor visits and faithfully taking medication daily, my health continued to fall apart.
Today, at the young age of 63, asthma is not a problem and I’m no longer addicted to an inhaler, arthritis & vertigo vanished, and I lost over 60 pounds. I’m more energetic and feel better today than I did when I was in my 20s. More importantly, I’m experiencing a peace of mind that’s truly amazing!
Based on the knowledge and wisdom gained on my health journey over the last 10 years, I formulated a strategy that allows the body’s own innate healing power to take charge and create true health and healing. It consists of three components: lifestyle, whole food nutrition, and dietary.
NOTE: It’s very important to understand that nothing or no one heals the body but the body itself, but only after providing it with the proper nourishment.
