The goal of the popular group is to link like-minded professionals from around the globe with each other in a place that serves their individual and collective needs for personal and professional growth.

Linked 2 Leadership™ founder and Executive Director Tom Schulte isn't very surprised with the enormous popularity of the group. "As soon as I realized the voracious hunger that existed in this virtual community for quality leadership development resources from a vast array of dedicated people, I knew that I needed to form a group to serve them."
Armed with this new charge to serve the group with the best possible resources, Schulte immediately began an intense search for the most qualified and capable members to serve on the Executive Board for the group.

Schulte was even able to design 12 Advisory Board Chairman Seats to do the heavy leadership lifting for the group. The Advisory Committee will be charged with maintaining excellence in each of their respective roles.
