Apr 11, 2008 – Matthew Famiglietti, who is running for Congress in the Commonwealth of Virginia's 8th Congressional District, forwarded an open letter to Moran's campaign this morning challenging the 9-term incumbent Congressman to a series of open debates on the issues which are being hotly debated by the voters of that district. Among the issues raised in the letter were the Iraq War, Free Trade, the Bankruptcy Reform Act, and Congressman Kucinich's resolution to impeach Vice-President Cheney.
