New Free Online Photo Editor

Decoration is an image editor that can run online or offline.
Decoration applies filters to your photo albums.
You have an extensive set of filters (more than 100) including color border, gradient border, drop shadow, mirror, blur, reduce noise, tint, mosaic or superpose text.
You can also use it to generate buttons.
Unlike Photoshop Express (another online photo editor), Decoration doesn't need an account and your images don't need to be uploaded on a server.
The online version is freeware and the offline version is shareware.
