Western Log Group construct Gold Rush Falls at Paultons Park

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 06, 2008 – WLG has installed an Adventure Golf and Panning for Gold attraction based on a California mining town, called ‘Gold Rush Falls’. The attraction is a 12-hole adventure golf course set in an ‘abandoned’ gold mine and a new Panning for Gold attraction which will be known as ‘Uncle Zeek’s Panning for Gold’.

The ‘Gold Rush Falls’ gold troughs have been built at three different heights, so children of all ages are able to participate in the activity. All the water used in the Panning for Gold attraction is treated, heated and recycled back into the attraction once used.

Richard Mancey, managing director of Paultons commented, “Western Log Group provided a complete service from the initial design to the final installation which has provided Paultons with a first class attraction. “We are confident it will prove hugely popular with our visitors, providing a greater ‘sense of occasion’ when either playing on the Adventure Golf Course or experiencing the Panning for Gold attraction.”

Paultons Park has over 50 rides and attractions, and in 2006 they launched their biggest rollercoaster, The Cobra, which is the only one of its type in the UK.
