Essence of Performance (EOP), subtitled What the Training Professionals DON’T Want You to Know, is an audio/visual presentation that was designed to help employers, managers and supervisors understand the fundamentals for developing high-performing employees.
Beginning with a career in public education and then moving to the private sector for over two decades, helping all types of industries and businesses with their training and performance needs, Hudson claims to have seen it all. Now he says he wants to share his insider-knowledge with employers and managers to help them get the most out of their employees.
According to Hudson, “The Essence of Performance is practical and informative ... it is a culmination of all the aspects I have learned about employee development over my career ... what works and what doesn't ... it was created to help businesses develop high-performing employees without spending a lot of money on training.”
Hudson went on to say, “Employee performance is comprised of many elements and trying to address all those elements by training alone can be a frustrating and fruitless experience. EOP helps you understand those elements and how to effectively address the most important of those elements. It’s the real way to develop high-performing employees.”

EOP is unique in other ways too. It can only be accessed via the Internet. The program is divided into several sections that can be downloaded, but customers only have to download the sections they want or need. Each section includes a PDF file containing either important information or tools for customers to use in their own situations.
