n 1985, Dr. Bill Black, President of Carrousel Music, produced a VHS recording (home video style) of the famous rally which has been converted to DVD format. The DVD shows almost all of the organs which were displayed outdoors at the 1985 Band Organ Rally held at the fairgrounds in Fremont, Ohio. These included band organs, fair organs, barrel organs, street organs and calliopes. With about 70 organs etc. in attendance, this 3 day event was one of the largest band organ rallies ever held in this country. There were many well known collectors, organ restorers and organ builders from all over the United States in attendance at this event.
