About Brian Holloway
Selected as an All-American for his outstanding play and leadership as Team Captain at Stanford University, Brian Holloway was the first-round pick of the New England Patriots in the 1981 NFL draft. He soon became the youngest vice president of the NFL Players Association at the age of 23. His work on the field led to five All-Pro selections, and he was Team Captain for the Patriots when they faced the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XX.
During the ten years Holloway played for the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Raiders, he helped develop the first College Degree Completion Program for Professional Athletes.
