FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Apr 02, 2008 – Integra hosted both an East and West Coast Regional User Training Seminar in Atlanta and Las Vegas the week of March 17. Over 70 DocuTrack customers attended the two full-day sessions presented by Integra’s Director of Client Services and Senior Field Engineer.

“Designed to provide information and training, these user meetings are also a perfect platform for the Integra team to better understand our customers’ needs,” said Mileen Loeffler, Director of Client Services at Integra. “In this environment we are able to communicate freely with our DocuTrack users and, in turn, realize their expectations.” “These meetings allow customers to utilize DocuTrack to its fullest while giving Integra insight into how to provide the best products and services we can.”

The Seminars were held in two separate East and West coast locations in order to provide easier access for over 200 DocuTrack pharmacies. Having two location options also allowed for reduced meeting sizes, facilitating discussion and sharing. Presentation topics ranged from best practices, workflow optimization, forms and barcoding to troubleshooting, user sharing and DeliveryTrack information.  The meetings concluded with a Question and Answer forum that allowed users to discuss their needs with Integra staff and other users.

Over 40 follow-up surveys were completed with over 95% of responses rating the meeting as “excellent.” All survey respondents said they would attend again or send another pharmacy staff member. Customer recommendations for future discussion topics were also collected, reviewed and will be incorporated into planning for 2009 which has already begun.

“We are considering expanding the next seminar to span two days and include vendors, PIS specific sessions, IT information and more,” said Kirsten Koci, Marketing Manager for Integra. “This would allow us to break into more focused sessions based on user levels, PIS’s, product use, as well as delve deeper into specific product functionality.”

The next sessions are in the initial planning stages and specific dates will be announced later in 2008. “We are taking the time to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of these first sessions in order to provide even greater benefit to our customers when they attend in 2009,” said Koci.

DocuTrack is currently installed in over 200 pharmacies and growing rapidly. “As our customer base expands we are working to find new ways to reach our users and provide them with the superior customer service and support they have come to expect from Integra,” said Loeffler.
