The magazine, one of the most popular among brides-to-be, reports that more than 25,000 brides participated in the survey for the Best of 2007 issue. In order to win a Best Picks, vendors were required to score a minimum 85 points out of 100. Merri-Makers scored 94 - from “start to finish,” said participating brides.
