Free Web Portal to increase SMEs Technology Awareness

Singapore Company, Doric Solutions seeks to increase SMEs-community’s technology awareness with free Internet portal, OurOfficePortal™.

Offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), this web-native portal is hosted with Doric; making it a frills-free I.T. solution for SMEs.  

The web portal main objective is to facilitate users in the same organization to organize and share information in a centralized location.

OurOfficePortal™ has nine modules, of which seven are of information sharing nature. Some of the functions include sharing of calendars, send huge files and announcements listing.

It was originally built for Doric’s clients as a value-adding service. It is made public after encouraging comments from users.

To own a similar kind of portal system would typically cost more than S$20,000, the company said.

OurOfficePortal™FREE is available free to public with 10 users account and 1 GB of disk space per company signup.

Doric also offers more capacity, OurOfficePortal™PRO, as a paid service for clients that has more than 10 users.
