Storybook pirates chased sailing ships to seize their gems and gold. Today, pirates are after a treasure trove of magic tricks.
Magician Curtis Lovell II released his instructional video – “POOF! You’re a magician ~ Learn magic with everyday objects” – to Trick Pirates at http:// www.trickpirates.com. Trick Pirates is an online video-sharing site for magic tricks taught by magicians.
Viewers learn how to perform tricks they like for themselves. All posted magic videos include a "Solution Tutorial Video" available for purchase via a downloadable link. All videos are screened by Trick Pirates staff to ensure they meet the site’s quality standards. All solution videos must be explained in a way that's clear, concise and easy to understand.
When Lovell was approached by Trick Pirates earlier this year, he immediately realized the potential the site can offer up-and-coming magicians, and he decided to release his video through the site. “I wish I had a site like this when I was 10 years old and just starting to learn magic” he said.
