Barry Promotions’ Company Expansion Opens New Job Opportunities

PRLog (Press Release)Apr 01, 2008 – With a continuously growing client base and list of services to accommodate their valued customers, Barry Promotions is looking to broaden their staff.  Over the past several years, they have increased sales alongside their account management force, and will continue to do so throughout the current company expansion.  In order to allow for the consistent growth, Barry Promotions is offering two job opportunities to prospective candidates: sales, and account manager.  

The sales team at Barry Promotions develops new National and International accounts, which ideally create long-lasting relationships with clients.  A sales position is a crucial part of any business, but particularly for an event management company.  With new services constantly being offered, it is important to have new clients being introduced into the equation to continue such a productive momentum.  The challenges that new clients provide include reaching new targeted markets, creating a completely unique promotional campaign, and creating new services to accommodate the clients’ needs.  These challenges are welcomed and overcome with each new client, and are what inspires Barry Promotions to grow more and more with each passing year.  The vital link that brings together a client with promotional needs, and an event management company with promotional services, is a sales person.  

Once the sales team has successfully helped Barry Promotions team up with new clients, there is another crucial piece of the company puzzle: an account manager.  A great initial connection can be made with a new client, but unless that relationship is fostered, it will not grow to its potential.  Account managers simply manage existing accounts by working directly with the client’s main point of contact.  Additionally, they coordinate logistics, travel, staffing, and meetings with clients.  Not only will the account manager help keep the client’s needs organized, they also work on developing, executing, and following through on new marketing plans.  For someone that enjoys wearing several hats, this fast-paced, responsibility-packed position is an extremely rewarding experience.
 
Working in an event management company is the perfect balance between working hard and having fun.  Both sales staff and account managers are able to facilitate their creative side, while meeting the demands of a successful and fast paced company.  With such an incredible focus on delivering on their clients needs and providing undeniable results, Barry Promotions always guarantees that the diligent work their staff puts in never passes by without a feeling of great satisfaction and accomplishment.
