Local Dayton Business Owner to Star in Reality Show: Bob Rider will compete in "Best of the Best" TV Series

March 31, 2008 - PRLog -- Dayton business owner Bob Rider is ready for his close-up. Rider will be featured on the reality show “Best of the Best,” an original program created by and aired on MavTV. Miami, FL has been chosen as the location for the series’ fourth season. Filming begins the first week in May.

Rider owns the Dayton Hair Replacement Clinic, a professional hair replacement and
restoration center. He has been in the hair industry for over 45 years, but also enjoys
photography in his spare time. It was his love of photography that led him to audition
for the reality series. He was chosen based on his amateur photography skills.

“Best of the Best” is a two-headed reality show. Rider and other amateur and
professional photographers will team up with beautiful models and compete to see
who takes the best bikini shots. Viewers will see what goes on behind the scenes of a
photo shoot, while enjoying the drama that arises. A panel of industry professionals
will judge the competition. Rider and the other contestants will be scored on creativity, picture quality, consistency and their interaction with models.

Rider is very excited and is looking forward to working with the models and other photographers. “I am very competitive,” said Rider. “To me, it’s another type of challenge to see how good I can be. I hope to take my photography skills to the next level,” Rider explained.
