There Is More Than One Reason That You Deserve To Be Slim And Confident

PRLog (Press Release)Mar 30, 2008 – Okay, now, be honest with yourself and answer me this question: Did you, in your high-school-hood, ever have that moment where you stood sheepishly afar and stared in jealousy at the "kul" and athletic kids gathering together and giving you and everybody else a look that stirred, truly, annoyance? I bet you did (otherwise you wouldn't be here, would you?) Pardon me! Well, but I was no exception either; I just hate that moment when I was skulking in a corner at my prom, in a shirt that only fitted Pavarotti and no one else while everybody else was gliding around, looking so fabulous.

Let me just emphasize that overweight is not only a bane to our fashion style but also a potential, no I take that back, a definite health risk as you all have probably known by now: cardiovascular failure, uterine cancer, to name a few. It DOES restrain you from living your life to the full, in every aspect.

These were also my story and my concern four months ago, and trust me, it wasn't the happiest time of my life. Anyway, my friend Susan (who, also, used to be "rotund") recommended getting access to and sticking with weight control advices from the e-book "Fat Burning Furnaces" by Mr Poulos. I probably don't have to tell you how sceptical I was then because, seriously, I didn't believe in things online, it's a waste of time and money.

But I took a shot anyway, I had nothing to lose, some couples minutes if I didn't like the book and wished to have my refund back; or I'll gain a whole lot of useful information from it. And guess what, I'm glad that I never have to return the e-book at all. The advices are presented in very clear format and are so simple yet quite unknown to most people. (The best thing is that I don't have to resort to intense physical exercises to lose weight, it's all about how to balance your indoor and outdoor life) There are no magic and promises that will transform you into a model within two weeks, no way, but it does guarantee that you will notice a substantial difference in your physical status, giving you more energy and agility. Keeping up with with the programme for 6 weeks, you would be jaw-dropped at your slender reflection in the mirror. (I'm at the mid of fourth week and I can fit in size M already, so happy)
