World Media Television to Feature Regency Pad Corp on the World Progress Report.

Environmentally Friendly Approach to Comfort

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Mar 29, 2008 – Regency Pad Corp. is part of Residue Group Companies, which has operated quilt recycling plants in the United States and Canada for more than 20 years. It recently expanded into the production of cluster fiber (fiber that’s been rolled into spheres for increased comfort), creating automated assembly lines that manufacture the fiber and then quilt it on high-speed multineedle quilting machines. The company has been offering the product as a pillow-top mattress pad to the hospitality market and to retailers. Those pads, made in Martin, Tenn., come in 2-inch and 3-inch heights, with elastic skirting and a hypoallergenic cotton cover.

President Skip Lieblein says, “We lay out cluster fiber and quilt the entire top panel and flange it so we ultimately deliver a finished top that can then be adhered to spring sets. We offer the end-user a complete topper in their designs with their damasks. What they get is a very heavenly feel, as soft as anything ever done heretofore.” The company also can incorporate flame-retardant barrier fabrics to comply with open-flame standards such as those contained in California’s Technical Bulletin 603, says Lieblein.

Executive Producer Chad Densen, said, “We are proud to feature Regency Pad Corp. as a guest on the series because of their environmentally friendly approach and strong desire to educate the public about the benefits of living a “green” lifestyle."

The World Progress Report is an issue-oriented and non-commercial program, and is independently produced and distributed by World Media Television directly to public television stations around the country. The World Progress Report strictly follows the standards and practices of public television, and is distributed freely to public television stations in all 50 states.
