Springfield Gets New Multi-Purpose Entertainment Venue At The Pizza Machine

PRLog (Press Release) – Mar 28, 2008 – Friday April 25th, Echocast Productions is bringing RemixFest featuring DJ Nitro and Responsible T to a brand new all-ages venue at The Pizza Machine in Springfield, Illinois.  DJ Nitro is from the St. Louis area and has toured extensively and is widely known for his high energy performances.  Responsible T produces and remixes albums for artists all over the world and has performed at events and festivals such as the Cornerstone Festival in Bushnell, IL which attracts thousands of fans from all over the U.S. each 4th of July weekend.  Both DJ Nitro and Responsible T are on internationally distributed DeepLife Records.  Doors open at 7:30pm and tickets cost $10.00 in advance at The Pizza Machine (107 West Cook Street) or can be purchased at the door on the night of the event.  

The new venue is located above The Pizza Machine and contains its’ own vibe and feel that is separate from the restaurant.  A state of the art lighting system and new dance floor are some of the features in the new space.  According to The Pizza Machine owner Jerry Neumann, the new venue is built around the lighting.  Not only will there be all-ages shows, but the room will be used for private parties and functions of all types.  This is sure to be one of the best multi-use venues in Springfield period.
